i hurt my neck

i hurt my neck for almost a week!
it just can't recover!
i went for massage, medicine and even injection
but it seen it doesn't work at all! =(

no matter in what sleeping position,
is still painful!

my dear left hand side neck and shoulder!
pls recover ASAP, let me breath the happiness once again!
