H2OPE Run Fest @ Taylor's Lakeside
Speaking about memories,
one of the best and worst for my Sem 3 (March'14-July'14) in Taylor's Lakeside is organizing H2OPE Run Fest.
We go through pre-event to post-event, all stages is so stress and tired.
We are the first batch of students who need to go through all the planning stage ground works including choosing our event beneficiary, event type and style.
After 2months of discussion, finally we decided the even type to be 5km Jerry Color Run with 2 categories -individual and pair.
We made our own color powder, isn't it colourful? we have a tough time doing this, but luckily we make it =)
Our Instagram contest, winner will be able to win RM50. AHHA! although is not a large amount, but is just a way for us to show our appreciation to contest participant.
Since this is a student event, so we only have limited space which is 50 individuals and 25 pairs.
i didn't get to take any photo on the event day, as i have my duty but thank you all of tagging #H2OPETU, i hope all of you have lots of fun =)
Even though organizer have a tough time, but glad those who came have a good times.
We received many positive feedback which somehow out of our expectation! It is really touching.
Also, as the Asst. sponsorship leader, i would like to thank all sponsor who support our event no matter in momentary or products. Without all of their sponsor, our event wouldn't make it as well.
Lastly, communication is one important element in organizing event! HAHA! both internal and external communication sound old school but if you ignore it, you will know what kind of problem is facing infront you. I learn my lesson who will apply this in my coming event! LIKE OMO, another event is coming! Not sure what type of event is going to be, but please come ad support support okay! heheh
