Problem solved : iPhone voice memo crash to become 0s

if you wonder to be an iPhone user,
and always got to use one of the apps which is Voice memo,
PLS TAKE NOTE !!

There is always some incident such as the crashing of your voice memo,
is like, you have done recording a 40 minutes interview, then when you check your file through your phone, it might show 0s, and you are unable to listen it,
THEN DIE LA!
Impossible you redo the interview right, sometimes things might not be that easy.

Why am I sharing this? because this stupid thing just happened on me!
I just done my 40-minutes interview recording and its CRASH !
this is so shit ! the feeling is like throwing you from 50th floor.
I even when to one of the Apple authorize outlet Machines to ask about it,
AND THEY GOT NO IDEA WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!
but,
Thank to the advance of technology,
Google came to the rescue.

I Google " Lost of iphone voice memo and it become 0s"
quite a lot of netcizen are having the same problem,
and thank god there are always some one who is so damn smart and came out a solution,

One thing suck about Apple product are,
When there is something went wrong, it wouldn't be apple technician fixing it,
it will be someone else coming out with an application/software to settle the problem.

iExplorer,
Okay, this is so not familiar for me,
so i keep reading the procedure stated by the suggester,
for not causing any confusing,
shall I use my own way and explain it for you? =)

1. download the free version of iExplorer, and just continue to use the demo version.

2. Then make sure your phone is connect with your lappy. As you can see, there is "backups" at the left side . Just clicked and wait for you phone to be finish syncing.

3. Here is the main point.
After syncing, you will be able to click on the backup folder and view was is inside. Then you shld click " Backup Explorer" and then " Media Domain" and lastly, the " Recordings" folder.
All of the voice memo that you Used to record are inside the folder. Just find the crash file ( for mine, is the voice memo that shows 0s), and just directly drag it to you desktop. and you are DONE

Why you can still find you file eventhough it could not be play in your iPhone?
Well,
basically, the iPhone voice memo file style is under m4a, and maybe is because the voice recording is too Large, so it automatically convert into MOV.
but why is this happening? PLS ASK APPLE!

So by following the steps,
I GOT MY FILE!!
SO HAPPY!!
hope it helps those who are facing the same problem! =)
